Dear Evvy, Anne,

Just a brief note to say how much I appreciate all of your hard work in organising the meeting.

It was very productive for me. I very much enjoyed the excellent science and being able to meet such a wide variety of colleagues and excellent students in particular.
Thank you again,
Nic

Dear Evvy,

Thank you so much for the invitation to join the wonderful IUMRS ICA meeting last week and the wonderful hospitality. It has been special to me to be at the inaugural meeting in Indonesia and loved the scientific program as well as the cultural tour, especially the one on the last day. As promised, attached is  picture of my car for your daughter (she asked me for it 😊) as well as an electronic version of my business card. Please stay in touch and let me know if you or your students ever consider a neutron scattering experiment.

Best and thank you again,

Thomas

Dear Maykel

Thanks for your prompt response for my comments yesterday.

I am very satisfied with all your action to me and my wife now.

I am definitely to know that you are really too busy to look after all the details for this conference.

Please remember to send the people to send us to go to the hotel at 1:45 in the lobby.

Moreover, the hotel manager gave me a call concerning the extension of our stay and very kind to let us late check out at 1:30 pm today.

Once again, my wife and I would like to thanks Prof. Zulfia and your efforts for us.

Please find enclosed the photo.

I hope that you will have a chance to visit me in Taiwan.

Best regards.

Ru-Shi
